We are a growing company, and we are currently looking for highly self-motivated individuals to join our team as field managers.
Position Overview
The position of Field Manager is one of the most important jobs in the construction process. A Field Manager must be a highly organized leader with adept knowledge of trade work and scheduling. A Field Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- The ability to work with Project Management to set and maintain a working project schedule from project start to completion.
- Ensure that all OSHA and company safety standards are being met by subcontractors and Moltus employees.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of project drawings and specifications.
- Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of building codes and construction methods.
- Track and communicate project bulletins and changes
- Perform quality control inspections and verify proper layout and construction methods
- Schedule and inventory the delivery of job site materials and equipment
- Resolve job site conflicts
- Maintain a good relationship and open communication with sub-contractors, project management, local code officials, and clients
Position Requirements
- 5 years of supervisory experience in the commercial construction industry
- Must have proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, excel, outlook, and Procore)
- OSHA and CPR certified preferred
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to travel throughout the United States
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must have a strong commitment to safety and quality
- Must be a problem solver
